There are so many products on the market today to make great claims about turning the worst hair into long, shiny, healthy, gorgeous hair in one application. Personally I have many doubts with these claims since I began my hair journey over 3 years ago. I have come to understand that products do not grow your hair and sometimes these products do not even improve the look or condition of our hair. Healthy hair starts on the inside. Vitamins B, A, E and C is often found in multivitamins supplements and a variety of foods. Healthy Hair Journey

I decided to start this blog to chronicle my hair journey. I think that it is important for me to better understand myself and what I a capable of especially during this journey to create this journal. Now actually hair has always been a big part of my life. My mother began me on this road when I was still a toddler by taking me to hair salon to get my hair pressed. For that day forward I cannot this of a time in my life where I don't have some sort of memory about what was going on with my hair. I have done it all from press and curls, to relaxer and roller set, the lovey jheri curl, weaves, braids, natural, and finally back to relaxers. But during that time the health of my hair was never an option. I did not know a thing about getting my hair to a healthy state and maintaining it.
